Every piece of original code, bespoke UI/UX design, cinematic edit, and hardware architecture developed by IRONSTATE STUDIO remains protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or reverse-engineering of our digital storefronts or experimental prototypes is strictly prohibited.

2. Professional Digital Agreements

When you commission our studio for web development, visual post-production, or strategic algorithm growth, a dedicated Project Architecture Agreement will be generated. This document dictates exact scopes, deliverables, and financial timelines. In any conflict, the specific Project Agreement overrides these general terms.

3. Experimental Hardware (ARGUS-i)

Any conceptual blueprints, prototypes, or hardware integrations related to Project ARGUS-i are strictly for R&D representation unless a formal licensing contract is established. They are not authorized for mass commercial reproduction without explicit studio consent.

4. Jurisdictional Authority

These terms are constructed and governed exclusively by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any operational disputes or legal inquiries will be resolved entirely within the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
