All content, original code, digital assets, and software architectures provided by IRONSTATE STUDIO are protected by international copyright laws. This includes our AI ecosystems, gaming assets, UI/UX designs, and branding elements. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

2. Software Licensing (JARVIS™)

JARVIS is provided under a strict, subscription-based licensing model verified via encrypted protocols. Users are expressly forbidden from attempting to decompile, alter, or bypass the license verification systems.

3. Professional Digital Services

For clients engaging our studio for web development, video editing, or consulting, a specific Project Agreement outlining the scope of work and timelines will be provided. In the event of a conflict, the specific Project Agreement will take precedence.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
